【摘要】 双碳战略为制造业催生出一种和节能降耗强关联的碳足迹核算、碳减排和碳披露的指标评价模式,该模式将重构锅炉制造业发展格局。以LSS型燃气蒸汽锅炉为例,提出了通过锅炉重构实现低碳创新设计的转型思路;构建了通过降低原材料、生产制造和运行过程碳排放强度,实现产品生命周期的供应链协同碳减排的技术路径和优化方法。可为锅炉制造行业和企业建立碳足迹核算评价、碳减排管理体系提供参考。

【Abstract】 The dual carbon strategy gives birth to an index evaluation model of carbon footprint accounting, carbon emission reduction and carbon disclosure, which is strongly related to energy conservation and consumption reduction, and the model will reconstruct the development pattern of boiler manufacturing industry. Taking LSS gas-fired steam boiler as an example, the paper puts forward the transformation idea of realizing low-carbon innovative design through boiler reconstruction, and constructs the supply chain collaborative carbon emission reduction technology path and optimization method to realize the reduction of the carbon emission intensity of raw materials, manufacturing and operation process during the product life cycle. It can provide references for boiler manufacturing industry and enterprises to establish carbon footprint accounting and evaluation and carbon emission reduction management system.
