快速真空开关电磁斥力机构瞬态动力学研究
Study on Transient Dynamic Characteristics of Electromagnetic Repulsion Mechanism for Fast Vacuum Switch
【摘要】 电磁斥力机构由于其分闸速度快,分闸时间短和分闸时间分散性低等优势,配备于快速真空开关,可极大地压缩电网故障的切除时间,当前受到了众多研究者的关注。文中的目的是研究配于快速真空开关的电磁斥力机构的暂态动力学特性。文中提出了一种新型的全耦合仿真方法,该方法耦合了柔体动力学模块、外电路模块、运动方程、多体动力学模块、瞬变电磁场和疲劳分析模块的求解过程,可对电磁斥力机构的暂态动力学特性进行全面评估。通过仿真计算了各零部件在分合闸过程中的速度、行程曲线、放电电流、洛伦兹力和应力应变等动态特性。确定了快速真空开关的易损部件,并对易损件进行集中分析,计算其疲劳寿命。建立了快速真空开关样机,并对样机的关键特性进行实验测量。实验证明,全耦合仿真的放电电流和行程曲线与实验结果的偏差小于8%。仿真结果得到的易损件应力集中位置与试验结果中疲劳失效位置一致,验证了全耦合仿真的准确性。
【Abstract】 The electromagnetic repulsion mechanism,due to its such such advantages as fast opening speed,short opening time and low dispersity of opening time,is equipped for the fast vacuum switch,which can greatly reduce the clearing time of fault of power grid and therefore attracts presently attentions of much researchers.The purpose of this paper is to study the transient dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism for the fast vacuum switches. a kind of novel fully coupled simulation method is proposed in this paper,which couples the solution process of the models of flexible body dynamics,external circuit,motion equation,multi-body dynamics,transient electromagnetic field and fatigue analysis and can comprehensively assess the transient dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic repulsion mechanism. The velocity,travel curve,discharge current,Lorentz force and tress strain of each part during the opening and closing process are calculated by simulation. The vulnerable parts of the fast vacuum switch are determined,intensively analyzed and its fatigue life is calculated. A prototype of fast vacuum switch is set up and its key characteristics are measured experimentally. The experiment proves that the deviation between the fully coupled and simulated discharge current and travel curve and experimental result is less than 8%. The stress concentration position of the vulnerable parts,which is obtained by the simulation,is identical to the fatigue failureposition in the test results,and the accuracy of the fully coupled simulation is verified.
