木质家具喷漆房内气流组织优化模拟研究
Optimization and simulation research on airflow organization in wooden furniture painting room
【摘要】 为合理控制木制家具喷漆房在喷涂过程中释放出的高毒物质(C7H8、CH2O等),选择以C7H8作为研究对象,运用流体动力学方法及正交方案设计,结合数值模拟计算对喷漆房内气流组织扩散进行研究。结果表明:通风量1.0×104 m3/h、通风口形状为长方形、排风口距左墙5.0 m、排风口标高0.2 m,以上为喷漆房通风方案最优解。通过控制喷涂过程中影响污染物扩散的因素及综合考虑劳动者作业舒适度的角度提出了气流组织优化方案,为企业提高喷漆房内通风效率,降低劳动者职业危害提供了参考性建议。
【Abstract】 In order to reasonably control the high toxic substances(C7H8, CH2O, etc.) released in the spraying process of wooden furniture spray booth, C7H8 is selected as the research object, and the diffusion of airflow organization in spray booths is investigated by using fluid dynamics methods and orthogonal scheme design, combined with numerical simulations.The results show that the ventilation rate is 1.0×104 m3/h, the shape of the vent is rectangular, the exhaust outlet is 5.0 m away from the left wall, and the elevation of the exhaust outlet is 0.2 m, which is the optimal solution for the ventilation scheme of the spray paint room.The airflow organization optimization scheme is proposed from the perspective of controlling the factors affecting the diffusion of pollutants in the spraying process and considering the comfort of workers′ operation, which provides reference suggestions for enterprises to improve the ventilation efficiency in the spraying room and reduce the occupational hazards of workers.
