【Abstract】 Local medical colleges have become an important part of medical higher education system in China,and the quality of talent cultivation directly affects the clinical medical level of our country, especially the regional clinical medical level. This paper analyzes the key points of the cultivation of clinical medical talents in local medical colleges and universities.
