【Abstract】 This paper discusses the problems faced by the construction of digital resources from seven aspects, including the pressure due to resource growth, the pressure due to technological progress, the influence of invisible monopolies in academic publishing, the differences in user needs, the weakening of librarians’ professional skills, the pressure of library development from the environment, and the intensified conflicts due to insufficient budget. This paper also discusses the values and deeds of publishers, integrators, and libraries in producing, marketing, and purchasing digital resources. It is proposed that all parties in the industry should, under the premise of sustainable development and giving full play to each role, promote cooperation among publishers, integrators, and libraries and create a new win-win ecology in the digital age.更多还原
