丙草胺在有机膨润土的等温吸附和吸附动力学研究

【摘要】 以Gemini型季铵盐表面活性剂二溴代-二(二甲基十二烷基)己二铵(G12-6-12)为改性剂制备有机膨润土,研究有机膨润土结构对丙草胺等温吸附和吸附动力学的影响。傅立叶红外光谱和X-射线衍射分析显示G12-6-12进入膨润土层间,其层间排布方式随着改性剂载量的增加发生由单层平铺到双层平铺和单层倾斜的转变。季铵盐改性显著增强膨润土对丙草胺的吸附能力,其吸附等温线和吸附动力学分别与Freundlich方程和伪一级动力学方程相符合,吸附平衡常数随着改性剂载量的增加而增加,而吸附动力学速率常数则逐步减小。

【Abstract】 To remove herbicide pretilachlor from agricultural waste water, organobentonites modified by Gemini quaternary ammonium N1-dodecyl-N1,N1,N2,N2-tetramethyl-N2-octylhexane-1,6-diaminium bromide(G12-6-12) were prepared and characterized to reveal the structural effects on the isotherms and kinetics of pretilachlor adsorption. Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis show that G12-6-12 intercalates into the galleries of the clay, and underwent a transition from lateral-monolayer to lateral-bilayer and paraffin-monolayer arrangement with increasing surfactant loading. The adsorption capability of bentonite towards pretilachlor is greatly enhanced by the organic modification. The adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics are well fitted to Freundlich and pseudo-first-order model, respectively. The equilibrium constant of pretilachlor adsorption increased with increasing surfactant loading from 0.4 to 1.5 times the exchangeable cationic capacity of the bentonite used, accompanying a decrease in the adsorption kinetic rate constant.
