羧甲基纤维素钠凝胶的制备及电解效率的研究

【摘要】 传统电化学中的电解质往往都是使用液体。本文使用羧甲基纤维素钠制备高分子水凝胶,利用高分子凝胶的支持能力,突破电化学实验需要依赖电解槽这个技术瓶颈,研究了影响羧甲基纤维钠凝胶电解效率的因素,包括凝胶浓度、电解质种类、电流密度、电极距离、pH和电解质浓度等。结果显示,最优参数为:凝胶浓度为10%,电解质为NaCl,电极距离为1.5 cm,电流密度为0.05A·cm-2,pH为7,电解质浓度为200g·L-1

【Abstract】 The electrolyte in traditional electrochemistry often used liquid. In this paper, polymer hydrogels were prepared by using carboxymethyl cellulose sodium. The support of polymer gel was used to break through the bottleneck of electrochemical experiments. The factors affecting the electrolysis efficiency of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose gel were studied, included gel concentration, electrolyte type, current density, electrode distance, pH and electrolyte concentration. The results showed that the optimal parameters were: the gel concentration was 10%, the electrolyte was NaCl, electrode distance was 1.5 cm, the current density was 0.05A/cm~2, the pH was 7, the electrolyte concentration was 200g/L.
