【摘要】 目的 探讨注意加工对精神分裂症患者视觉运动知觉障碍的影响。方法 选取符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准患者23例作为实验组，另选取26人为对照组。使用经典视觉Oddball范式和空间线索提示范式，记录分析两组被试反应时和准确率。结果 精神分裂症患者在视觉运动方向辨别任务上的反应时显著高于正常人（P<0.01）；此外在内源性注意和外源性注意任务检测中，线索提示有效性对精神分裂症患者和对照组被试判断均有显著影响（P<0.05），但精神分裂症患者的反应正确率却低于正常组被试（P<0.05）。结论 精神分裂症患者的视觉运动方向辨别存在障碍，且造成此障碍的原因并非注意调控缺陷，而是对运动信息的早期感知加工存在障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study tested the effect of attention processes on visual motor perception in schizophrenics. Methods A total of 23 schizophrenia patients who met ICD-10 diagnostic criteria were employed as the experimental group,and another 26 health persons were employed as the control group. Using the classical visual oddball paradigm and spatial cue paradigm,those two groups completed three experiments,and their response times and accuracies were recording and analyzed. Results The response time of schizophrenia patients in visual movement direction task was significantly slower than that of control group(P<0.01). Additionally,in both endogenous and exogenous attention task,the cue validity significantly impacted the response times of schizophrenics and normal subjects(P<0.05),but the accuracies of schizophrenic patients were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Schizophrenia patients have deficit in visual movement direction discrimination,and this deficit was not caused their disability in attention regulation,but by their disability in sensory processing of visual movement.更多还原
