【摘要】 目的 探讨初产妇接受产后延续护理对其产后抑郁（PPD）及生活质量的影响。方法 分组方法为随机数字表法，研究时间及对象为2018年1月～2021年1月接诊的300例初产妇，分为：观察组（纳入150例，提供产后延续护理）、对照组（纳入150例，提供常规出院指导），比较组间心理状态评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）评分、生活质量量表（SF-36）评分、PPD发生率、产妇满意率。结果 （1）组间心理状态评分、PSQI评分、GSES评分、SF-36评分在干预前无明显差异，P>0.05；观察组心理状态评分、PSQI评分、GSES评分、SF-36评分在干预后优于对照组，P<0.05;(2)观察组PPD发生率（6.67%）低于对照组（18.00%），且产妇总满意率（92.67%）高于对照组（80.67%）,P<0.05。结论 对初产妇实施产后延续护理，可以改善其负性情绪、睡眠质量，减少PPD，同时也能提高自我效能感及生活质量，赢得产妇认可，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of postpartum continuing nursing on postpartum depression(PPD and quality of life of primiparas. Methods 300 primiparas from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(150 cases were included to provide postpartum continuing care)and control group(150 cases were included to provide routine discharge guidance). The scores of General self efficacy scale(GSEs),quality of life scale(SF-36),the incidence of PPD and maternal satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results （1）Before intervention,there was no significant difference in mental state score,PSQI score,GSEs score and SF-36 score between the two groups(P>0.05). The psychological state score,PSQI score,GSEs score and SF-36 score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of PPD in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(18.00%),and the total satisfaction rate of puerpera(92.67%)was higher than that in the control group(80.67%),P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of postpartum continuing nursing for primiparas can improve their negative emotions,sleep quality,reduce PPD,improve their self-efficacy and quality of life,and win the recognition of primiparas,which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
