【摘要】 目的 探讨阿戈美拉汀辅助治疗具有强迫症状的精神分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法 本研究对象为2018年8月～2020年8月84例具有强迫症状的精神分裂症患者，数字表法随机分为两组，对照组42例患者采用喹硫平常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合阿戈美拉汀辅助治疗，连续治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后Yale-Brown强迫量表（Y-BCOS）评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分以及阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分，比较两组患者不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗后Y-BCOS评分、SDSS评分和PANSS量表中精神病理学症状评分、阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 阿戈美拉汀辅助治疗能够降低具有强迫症状的精神分裂症患者的强迫症状，提升社会功能，并有助于缓解其精神病性症状，不良反应较少，值得临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of agomelatine adjuvant therapy in patients with schizophrenia with obsessive symptoms. Methods A total of 84 schizophrenic patients with compulsive symptoms who were hospitalized from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group(n=42)received conventional treatment with quetiapine,and the observation group(n=42)received adjutant treatment with agomelatine on the basis of the control group for 8 consecutive weeks. The scores of Yale-Brown Obsessiveness Scale(Y-BCOS),Social Deficit Screening-Scale(SDSS)and Positive and Negative Sydrome Scale(PANSS)before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Y-BCOS score and SDSS score in observation group and the psychopathological symptom score,positive symptom score and negative symptom score in PANSS scale in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of agomelatine can reduce the obsessive symptoms of schizophrenia patients with obsessive symptoms,improve social function,and help to relieve their psychotic symptoms,less adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
