【摘要】 目的 探究多学科协作联合PDCA管理在重症MDRO院内感染防控中的应用。方法 筛选我院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的165例重症患者，随机分为2组，比较观察组(84例，多学科协作联合PDCA管理)和对照组(81例，常规院内感染防控管理)的感染防控效果。结果 干预后，观察组的抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、多重耐药菌感染率明显低于对照组；观察组(94.05%)的临床疗效显著高于对照组(82.72%)；观察组(97.62%)的满意度显著高于对照组(88.89%)；观察组医护人员的各项MDRO感染管理认知程度明显高于对照组(p﹤0.05)。结论 在重症MDRO院内感染防控中，应用多学科协作联合PDCA管理模式，可有效促进抗菌药物合理使用，可作为医院防控MDRO感染的良好机制推行应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of multidisciplinary collaboration combined with PDCA cycle management in the nosocomial infection prevention and control of severe multi drug resistant organisms(MDRO). Methods A total of 165 severe patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups, and the infection prevention and control effects were compared between the observation group(n=84, multidisciplinary collaboration combined with PDCA cycle management) and the control group(n=81, routine nosocomial infection prevention and control management). Results After intervention, the utilization rate of antibiotics, intensity of antibiotics use and MDRO infection rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. The clinical efficacy of observation group(94.05%) was significantly higher than that of control group(82.72%). The satisfaction of observation group(97.62%) was significantly higher than that of control group(88.89%). The cognition of management of MDRO infection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p﹤0.05). Conclusion In the prevention and control of severe MDRO infection in hospital, the application of multidisciplinary collaboration combined with PDCA cycle management mode can effectively improve the rational use of antibiotics, and can be used as a good mechanism for prevention and control of MDRO infection in hospital.更多还原
