【摘要】 目的 构建“理论课堂-床边教学一体化”模式下，“双师型”教师岗位胜任特征模型。方法 自2019年7月至12月采取便利抽样的方法，抽取临床教学基地医院及护理院校专家23名，运用文献检索法、Delphi法，获取胜任特征词条，最终构建胜任力模型。结果 专家咨询的一级指标、二级指标两轮协调系数W值接近1,经χ~2检验(P<0.001)有统计学意义，最终确定一级指标5个条目，二级指标21个条目。结论 “理论课堂-床边教学一体化”模式“双师型”教师岗位胜任特征模型的构建，可以为临床医院遴选及培养师资提供参考标准，同时也可以作为教师教学能力绩效改革和评价的指标，将为后续发展临床教师胜任特征提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop the model of “double-qualified” teachers’ job competency characteristic under the mode of “theory classroom-bedside teaching integration”. Methods From July 2019 to December 2019, 23 experts from clinical teaching base hospitals and nursing colleges were selected by convenient sampling method. By using literature retrieval and Delphi method, the competency terms were obtained and competency model was finally constructed. Results The two-round coordination coefficient W value of the first and second level indexes of expert consultation is close to 1,which is statistically significant by χ~2 test(P<0.001). Finally, five items of the first-level index and 21 items of the second-level index are determined. Conclusions The construction of the competency characteristic model of “double-qualified”teacher of “theory classroom bedside teaching integration” can provide reference standards for the selection and training of clinical hospitals teachers, as well as indicators for the reform and evaluation of teachers’ teaching ability and performance, and provide reference for the development of clinical teachers’ competency in the future.更多还原
