【摘要】 目的 了解合肥市大学生的亚健康状况，探讨其可能的相关因素。方法 2019年3—9月，采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法，在合肥市内抽取4所高校，选择在校大学生开展问卷调查，累计发放问卷1 250份，内容包括亚健康状态和一般人口学特征。采用多元线性回归分析亚健康相关因素。结果 在接受调查的1 137名大学生中，亚健康检出率为70.5%;不同性别、年级、学校、生源地、月均生活费用的合肥市大学生亚健康量表或子量表的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归显示，性别(女：β=-1.544,P=0.023)、年级(大二：β=-2.119,P=0.007、大三：β=-3.411,P<0.001)、学校(医学院校：β=3.006,P<0.001)和月均生活费用(≥1 500元：β=4.009,P=0.037)是大学生亚健康的影响因素。结论 合肥市大学生的亚健康检出率较高。应重点关注女性、高年级、非医学院校以及经济条件差的学生，采取有效措施提升其心理、社会健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the sub-health status(SHS)and explore the possible related factors among college students in Hefei city.Methods From March to September 2019,a multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to select four universities in Hefei, and select college students to conduct a questionnaire survey.A total of 1 250 questionnaires were distributed.The SHS and general demographic characteristics were assessed.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the associations of potential factors with SHS.Results Of 1 137 college students surveyed, the detection rate of SHS was 70.5%.The significant score-differences in sub-health scale or sub-scale were found across gender, grades, schools, origins and monthly average living cost(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that gender(female: β=-1.544,P=0.023),grade(sophomore: β=-2.119,P=0.007,junior: β=-3.411,P<0.001),school(medical school: β=3.006,P<0.001),and monthly average living cost(≥1 500:β=4.009,P=0.037)were associated with sub-health of college students.Conclusion The detection rate of SHS of college students in Hefei is high.More attention should be paid to female students, and those with high grades, from non-medical schools, and with poor economic conditions.Effective measures should be taken to improve their psychological and social health.更多还原
