【摘要】 目的 评估“互联网+”随访对全髋关节置换术后患者功能性关节康复、生活质量和日常生活活动的影响。方法 选取2018年1～12月接受全髋关节置换术的200例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为电话随访组和“互联网+”随访组，各100例。分别在术前1 d、术后6周、术后3个月、术后6个月，采用Harris髋关节评分(HHS)、SF-36健康量表(SF-36)和Barthel指数对患者的髋关节功能、生活质量及日常生活活动进行评估。结果 两组术前1 d和术后6周HHS评分、SF-36评分、Barthel指数比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月和术后6个月，“互联网+”随访组HHS评分、SF-36评分、Barthel指数高于电话随访组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对全髋关节置换术患者使用“互联网+”随访，可以指导患者掌握正确的疾病知识和康复锻炼方法，促进关节功能恢复，改善日常生活活动，提高生活质量，满足长期管理患者的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of internet plus follow-up on functional joint rehabilitation, quality of life and daily life activities after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing THA from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled, and randomly divided into the telephone follow-up group(100 cases) and the internet plus follow-up group(100 cases).Harris hip score(HHS),the Mos 36-item short form health survey(SF-36),and Barthel index were used to evaluate the hip function, quality of life and daily life activities.Results There were no significant differences in HHS,SF-36 score and Barthel index at 1 day before surgery and 6 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after surgery, HHS,SF-36 score and Barthel index in the internet plus follow-up group were significantly higher than those in the telephone follow-up group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet plus follow-up for patients undergoing THA could guide them to master the knowledge about diseases and rehabilitation exercise methods, promote the recovery of joint function, improve daily activities and the quality of life, and meet the needs of long-term management patients.更多还原
