【摘要】 骨质疏松症和衰弱是两种与年龄相关的退行性疾病。老年骨质疏松症常伴随衰弱的发生，导致这部分老年群体发生跌倒、骨折，甚至死亡的风险更高。早期采取有效的干预措施可延缓老年骨质疏松症合并衰弱的病情进展，营养、运动、药物是干预的重点。本文综述了老年骨质疏松症合并衰弱患者的非药物及药物干预措施的研究现状，为骨质疏松症与衰弱的相关研究提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteoporosis and frailty are two kinds of age-related degenerative diseases.Senile osteoporosis often accompanied by frailty, which leads to a higher risk of falls fractures and even death in this group of elderly.Early effective interventions will delay the progress of senile osteoporosis complicated with frailty.The nutrition, exercise and drug are the focus of intervention.The pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions for senile osteoporosis complicated with frailty are summarized in order to provide reference points for osteoporosis and frailty research.更多还原
