【Abstract】 It is crucial to accurately diagnose and differentiate cervical lymphadenopathy for developing scientific treatment strategy and accessing prognosis of diseases. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide a consecutive visualization of microvascular condition and blood perfusion for lymph nodes, and improve the accuracy in diagnosing cervical lymph nodes significantly. At present, it has been gradually applied in locating sentinel lymph nodes, guiding puncture biopsy,evaluating the efficiency of treatment, molecular imaging and so on. The application and research progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lymphadenopathy in recent years were reviewed.更多还原
