【Abstract】 Patients with malignant tumors are at high risk for infection, and antibacterials are crucial means of infection control and prevention. Antibacterials can influence tumor therapy by acting on human intestinal microbial ecosystem.In recent years, correlation between gut microbiota and tumors has become focus of attention. Studies have shown that gut microbiota are closely related to tumor therapy and adverse drug reactions. With the goal of providing insights into clinical tumor therapy and new ideas, this review article describes the effects of antibacterials on tumor immunotherapy,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.更多还原
