【Abstract】 The baseline value plays a key role in the allocation of carbon emission quotas in the electricity market,but it requires power plants to submit a large amount of carbon emission data as the basis for theoretical analysis. Based on the purpose of enhancing the trust basis for carbon emission data submission and increasing the enthusiasm of power plants for carbon emission data submission,the corresponding incentive mechanism method is designed in the blockchain incentive layer to establish mutual trust among institutions. In the existing blockchain model,the alliance chain can better meet the high performance and decentralization requirements of the carbon emission data reporting system.Therefore,the article constructs the application architecture of the alliance chain technology in the carbon emission data reporting system, and the incentive layer designs a reputation evaluation mechanism,and verifies the applicability of the reputation evaluation mechanism through an example simulation.更多还原
