【摘要】 为了满足天文和科学应用领域对高动态范围、高灵敏度、低噪声成像系统的需求,文中选用背照式、科学级CMOS(sCMOS)图像传感器GSENSE6060BSI,开发了一套以FPGA为核心处理器的相机系统。针对该传感器的特性,设计了相机的电路结构,用VHDL语言编写了FPGA的逻辑控制代码,实现了对传感器的驱动和对图像数据的后续处理;用MFC编写了相机的控制软件,完成了对相机系统的控制。经实际验证,该相机系统各部分功能正常,相机在标准(STD)模式和高动态范围(HDR)模式下均已顺利成像。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements for imaging systems with high dynamic range,high sensitivity and low noise in astronomy and scientific applications,aback-side illuminated scientific CMOS(sCMOS)image sensor GSENSE6060 BSI is selected and a camera system with FPGA as the core processor is developed.According to the characteristics of the sensor,the circuit structure of the camera is designed.FPGA logic control code is written in VHDL language to realize the driving of the sensor and the subsequent processing of image data.The camera control software is written with MFC to complete the control of the camera system. After practical verification,all parts of the camera system function normally,andthe camera has successfully imaged in both STD mode and High Dynamic Range(HDR) mode.
