可回收弹载记录仪系统的设计与实现
Design and implementation of recoverable missile borne recorder system
【摘要】 针对目前越来越多的导弹武器系统的测试要求,为便于记录导弹在发射和飞行过程中的各种工作参数,文中提出一种基于ARM+FPGA的弹载记录仪系统的设计与实现方案。记录仪由电池供电,在非采集状态下,整个记录仪处于低功耗状态,以降低整体能耗,可根据两种不同的触发信号,记录仪由低功耗状态进入采集状态,同时对弹体所产生的12路模拟信号和8路数字信号进行精准采集并得到可靠存储;采用特种钢和高强度铝双层壳体防护,并通过锤击实验和炮射实验验证了记录仪的抗高过载能力;开发上位机软件,用于获取弹载记录仪的状态信息、原始数据以及数据波形的分析。文中详细介绍了系统的硬件结构设计和软件设计,并得到了实际应用。证实该设计方案合理可行,可满足弹载记录仪对高精度、大容量、可回收、抗高过载、低功耗的要求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the test requirements of more and more missile weapon systems,in order to record various working parameters of missile during launching and flight,a design and implementation scheme of missile borne recorder system based on ARM + FPGA is proposed.The recorder is powered by the battery.In the non acquisition state,the whole recorder is in the low power consumption state to reduce the overall energy consumption.According to two different trigger signals,the recorder enters the acquisition state from the low power consumption state.At the same time,the 12 channel analog signal and 8 channel digital signal generated by the missile body are accurately collected and reliably stored.The special steel and high-strength aluminum double-layer shell are used.The ability of the recorder against high overload is verified by hammering test and shooting test;the upper computer software is developed to obtain the status information,original data and data waveform analysis of the missile borne recorder.This paper introduces the hardware structure design and software design of the system in detail,and has been applied in practice.It is proved that the design scheme is reasonable and feasible,and can meet the requirements of missile borne recorder for high precision,large capacity,recyclability,high overload resistance and low power consumption.
