【摘要】 目的：观察穴位贴敷结合基于体质辨识的健康指导对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD）患者临床症状、住院时间和肺功能的影响。方法：选择86例AECOPD患者，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各43例。对照组住院期间接受常规治疗及护理干预，观察组在此基础上应用穴位贴敷结合基于体质辨识的健康指导进行干预。观察两组临床症状缓解情况、住院时间、心理状态、肺功能指标[第1s用力呼气容积（forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1）、用力肺活量（forced vital capacity,FVC）、FEV1/FVC值]变化及生活自理能力评估结果。结果：干预后，观察组气喘、咳嗽、咯痰持续时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组住院时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活自理能力评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：应用穴位贴敷结合基于体质辨识的健康指导对AECOPD患者进行干预，有助于改善临床症状，缩短住院时间，改善肺功能及心理状态，提升生活自理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of acupoint application and health guidance based on physical identification on clinical symptoms, hospital stay and pulmonary function in AECOPD patients. Methods: All 86AECOPD patients were chosen, allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional therapy and nursing intervention during the hospitalization period, the observation group was intervened by acupoint application and health guidance based on physical identification. To observe the remission conditions of clinical symptoms,hospital stay, psychological state, the indicators of pulmonary function [FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC] and the evaluation results of self-care ability of daily living between both groups. Results: After the intervention, the observation group was shorter than the control group in the duration of panting, cough and expectoration, hospital stay(P<0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in FEV11, FVC and FEV1/FVC, and the scores of self-care ability of daily living(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application and health guidance based on physical identification in the intervention for AECOPD patients could improve clinical symptoms, shorten hospital stay, improve pulmonary function and psychological state, boost self-care ability of daily living.更多还原
