香椿叶总黄酮抗炎镇痛作用实验研究

【摘要】 目的研究香椿叶总黄酮(TFTS)的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验、二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验研究TFTS的抗炎作用;采用热板法、扭体法研究TFTS的镇痛作用;采用福尔马林致痛实验、纳洛酮拮抗实验研究TFTS的镇痛机制。结果 TFTS可明显抑制冰醋酸所致的小鼠毛细血管通透性增加,减轻二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳郭肿胀; TFTS可明显抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应,但对热刺激所致的小鼠疼痛无明显镇痛作用; TFTS能明显抑制福尔马林致痛实验中小鼠的Ⅱ相疼痛反应,纳洛酮不能拮抗TFTS的镇痛作用。结论 TFTS具有明显的抗炎及外周性镇痛作用,其镇痛作用不是通过阿片受体介导的,提示其可能作用于阿片受体以外的疼痛相关受体。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total flavonoids from Toona sinensis( TFTS). Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of TFTS was studied by mouse abdominal cavity capillary permeability test and mouse auricle swelling test induced by xylene; The analgesic effect of it was studied by hot plate method and writhing test; Formalin induced algogenic experiment and naloxone antagonism experiment were used to study the analgesic mechanism of it. Results TFTS could significantly inhibit the increase of capillary permeability induced by glacial acetic acid in mice and reduce the mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene; It could significantly inhibit the writhing response of mice induced by acetic acid,but had no significant analgesic effect on the pain thereof induced by thermal stimulus; It could significantly inhibit the phase Ⅱ pain response of mice in formalin induced algogenic experiment,and naloxone could not antagonize the analgesic effect of it. Conclusion TFTS has marked anti-inflammatory and peripheral analgesic effects,whose analgesic effect is not mediated by opioid receptors,revealing that it may act on pain related receptors other than opioid receptors.
