酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、胃肠消化酶活性及饲粮蛋白消化的影响

【摘要】 【目的】研究2种不同生产工艺的酸化剂(包被与未包被)对断奶仔猪生长性能,胃肠消化酶活性和饲粮蛋白消化的影响。【方法】选择90头遗传背景一致且体质量接近的杜长大三元杂断奶仔猪,随机平均分成2个酸化剂处理试验组和1个对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。正式试验前,分别使用不同工艺处理的酸化剂(未包被酸化剂或包被酸化剂)对试验组进行3 d的预饲,对照组不做处理,试验的正试期为28 d。【结果】饲粮中添加包被或未包被酸化剂均能显著提高断奶仔猪的平均增质量、平均日采食量和平均料重比,且包被酸化剂效果优于未包被酸化剂(P<0.05)。2个处理均能显著提高断奶仔猪血清中的白蛋白含量,降低其球蛋白含量,但添加未包被酸化剂提高了断奶仔猪血清中的甘油三酯含量(P<0.05)。而添加包被酸化剂具有增加其血清IGF-Ⅰ含量的趋势。2个处理均能显著降低断奶仔猪十二指肠中食糜上清蛋白的含量,回肠末端食糜粗蛋白的含量,胃内和回肠的pH,提高其十二指肠中胰蛋白酶的活性。而添加未包被酸化剂明显降低了断奶仔猪空肠的pH;添加包被酸化剂提高了十二指肠糜蛋白酶和空肠胰蛋白酶的活性,降低胃内食糜粗蛋白含量和空肠食糜上清蛋白含量(P<0.05)。【结论】饲粮添加包被或未包被酸化剂均能改善断奶仔猪的生长性能、胃肠消化酶活性和饲粮蛋白消化,且包被酸化剂效果优于未包被酸化剂。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the effects of acidifiers in two different production processes(coating and without coating) on growth performance,gastrointestinal digestive enzyme activity and protein digestion of diets in weaned piglets.【Method】A total of 90 Duroc×Landrace × Yorkshire weaned piglets of same genetic background and similar weight were randomly and equally divided into 2 acidifier-treated test groups and 1 control group,with 3 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate. Before the formal test,the test group was pre-fed for 3 d with acidifier(uncoated or coated acidifier),and the control group was left untreated. The experiment lasted for 28 d.【Result】The addition of either coated or uncoated acidifier to the diet significantly improved the growth performance of weaned piglets,and the effect of coated acidifier was better than that of uncoated acidifier(P<0. 05). The addition of either coated or uncoated acidifier to the diet significantly increased the albumin content and decreased the globulin content in the serum of weaned piglets,but the addition of uncoated acidifier increased the triglyceride content in the serum of weaned piglets. Besides,the addition of coated acidifier had a tendency to increase serum IGF-Ⅰlevels(P<0. 05). The addition of coated or uncoated acidifier significantly reduced the content of upper albumin of chyme in the duodenum,the content of CP at the end of the ileum,the pH of stomach and ileum,and increased the activity of trypsin in the duodenum of weaned piglets. The addition of uncoated acidifier significantly reduced the pH of jejunum of weaned piglets;the addition of coated acidifier increased the activity of duodenal chymotrypsin and jejunal pancreatin,and decreased the crude protein content of gastric and upper albumin of chyme in the intestinum jejunum(P<0. 05).【Conclusion】The addition of coated or uncoated acidifier to the diet improved the growth performance,gastrointestinal digestive enzyme activity and protein digestion of weaned piglets,and the effect of coated acidifier was better than that of uncoated acidifier.
