番茄生物型功能性育苗基质研制
Study on Development of Biological Functional Tomato Seedling Matrix
【摘要】 [目的]探索向育苗基质中加入生防菌对番茄穴盘育苗生长促进作用的影响。[方法]将哈茨木霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、Pathway育苗专用型、Pathway抗寒专用型百奇微生物菌剂或者复合菌剂按照不同时间不同数量添加到育苗基质中,并对相关生长指标进行测定。[结果]番茄生物型功能性育苗基质配方是T19、T8、T20和T9。[结论]可为功能型生防菌在基质育苗中的有效利用提供依据。
【Abstract】 [Objective] The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of adding bio-control bacteria to the seedling substrate on the growth promotion of tomato plug seedlings. [Method] Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subtilis,Pathway Seedling Specialty,Pathway Cold Specialty microbial preparation or complex preparation were added to the seedlings in different times and quantities. [Result] Tomato biological functional seedling matrix formula were T19,T8,T20 and T9. [Conclusion] This experiment provided a basis for the effective use of functional bio-control bacteria in the substrate nursery.
