【Abstract】 This paper have expounded the positioning of the management of agricultural scientific research units and the necessity of strengthening the construction of management personnel. It have also discussed the quality of management personnel in agricultural scientific research units. The problems existing in the management personnel of agricultural research institutions were analyzed,and a number of improvement measures were proposed,including optimizing the team structure,strengthening learning and training,and establishing and improving the mechanism.更多还原
