温差对铁皮石斛原球茎生长及药用成分的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探讨温差对铁皮石斛原球茎生长及药用成分的影响。[方法]以25℃/13℃为处理温差,恒温25℃/25℃(培养室最常用温度)为对照,昼夜温度设置各12 h,观察和测定铁皮石斛原球茎在0~50 d内的生长情况、生物量、多糖含量、多糖总量、生物碱的变化。[结果]温差有利于铁皮石斛PLBs的增殖、促进生物量增加和多糖积累,长时间的恒温处理则有利于生物碱积累。[结论]该研究为原球茎替代野生植株进行工厂化生产提供了依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effects of temperature difference on the growth and medicinal components of Dendrobium officinale PLBs. [Method] With 25℃/13℃ as the treatment temperature difference and 25℃/25℃(the most common temperature in the culture room)as the control,the day and night temperature was set for 12 hours respectively. The growth,biomass,polysaccharide content,total polysaccharide and alkaloid changes of Dendrobium officinale PLBs were observed and measured within 0-50 days. [Result]Temperature difference was beneficial to the proliferation of Dendrobium officinale PLBs,the increase of biomass and the accumulation of polysaccharides. Long time constant temperature treatment is conducive to the accumulation of alkaloids. [Conclusion] This study provides a basis for the industrialized production of PLBs instead of wild plants.
