【摘要】 目的：了解赣南地区高尿酸血症（hyperuricemia,HUA）患病率及相关危险因素的情况。方法：通过采用多级、分层抽样方法，在赣南地区18个县区35～65岁人群进行分析高尿酸血症的患病率及相关危险因素。结果：人群样本为3 000例，其中男973例，女2 027例；高尿酸血症患病率为16.9%，其中男性患病率为26.4%，女性患病率为12.3%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），分析显示年龄、血糖、BMI、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、W/H、血压、吸烟、饮酒等与高尿酸血症患病有关联；婚姻状况、职业、文化程度、现居地居住年限及居民所属城乡区域、医疗费用负担方式、睡眠时间、精神压力、每周规律运动次数等与高尿酸血症患病无关联。结论：性别、年龄、家庭成员高血压史、TG、BMI、WHR是HUA发生的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To investigate hyperuricemia of prevalence and risk factors in Gannan region.Methods :The prevalence rate and related risk factors of hyperuricemia among people aged 35-65 in 18 counties( cities and districts)of Gannan region were analyzed by multilevel and stratified sampling.Results :There were 3 000 patients,973 males and 2 027 females,the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia was 16. 9%( male 26. 4%,female 12. 3%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05).
