【摘要】 稀土的开采和利用导致了环境污染和生物体暴露，对机体健康造成威胁。镧（La）、铈（Ce）、钇（Y）是几种最常见的稀土元素，文献表明其对人体主要系统（呼吸系统、神经系统、生殖系统）有重要影响，长期接触会导致肺部炎症、肺纤维化形成，损害海马体的空间学习与记忆能力，减弱精子形成、破坏性器官的结构。但目前还缺少类似的对多种稀土元素与多种人体系统的健康影响的相关总结，本文拟对这三种稀土元素对人体主要系统的影响进行综述，以期为稀土的开发利用和毒性作用提供理论基础与依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The utilization of rare earths has led to environmental pollution and the exposure of rare earths to organisms,including humans,with a threat to human health. Lanthanum,cerium and yttrium are the most common rare earth elements. Literature showed that they have important impact on the main systems of human body(respiratory system,nervous system and reproductive system). Long-term exposure can cause lung inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis;damage the spatial learning and memory ability of the hippocampus;weaken sperm formation and destroy the structure of sexual organs. However,at present,there is still a lack of similar conclusions on the health effects of a variety of rare earth elements and a variety of human systems. This article intends to review the main human system of these three rare earth elements,in order to provide a theoretical basis and basis for the development and utilization of rare earth elements and their toxic effects.更多还原
