【摘要】 目的 通过收集整理治疗慢性支气管炎的中医处方，应用数据挖掘技术分析其组方规律，为中医临床治疗慢性支气管炎提供选方用药和思路借鉴。方法 在中国知网(CNKI)中以主题词“慢性支气管炎”“中医”“中药”检索中国知网自建库至2020年12月所收录文献，以药物使用频次、性味归经及Apriori关联规则结果为观察指标进行统计分析。结果 纳入文献502篇，筛选出233首复方，涉及221味中药，高频次药物有甘草、苦杏仁、半夏、桔梗、茯苓、麻黄等。使用药物“四气”主要集中为温、寒，“五味”主要集中为苦、甘、辛，归经主要集中在肺、脾、胃、心、肝、肾经。通过Apriori关联规则分析，主要药物组合具有化痰止咳、益气健脾、理气燥湿之功效。结论 中医治疗慢性支气管炎以补虚、利水渗湿、化痰止咳等治法进行组方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By collecting and sorting out traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) prescriptions in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,using data mining technology to analyze its prescription rules,and to provide a reference for the selection of prescriptions and ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis by TCM. Methods The Chinese National Knowledge Network( CNKI) used the subject terms“chronic bronchitis”“traditional Chinese medicine”and“Chinese medicine”to search the documents collected in the self-built database of CNKI until December 2020. And Apriori association rule results were observed indicators for statistical analysis. Results 502 articles were included,and 233 compound prescriptions were screened,involving 221 Chinese medicines. The high-frequency medicines included licorice,bitter almond,pinellia,platycodon,poria,ephedra and so on. The “four nature of drugs ”used in the medicine are mainly concentrated in warm and cold,and the“five flavours”were mainly concentrated in bitter,sweet and pungent,and the meridians are mainly concentrated in the lung,spleen,stomach,heart,liver,and kidney meridians. Through the analysis of Apriori association rules,the main drug combinations have the effects of resolving phlegm and relieving cough,replenishing qi and invigorating the spleen,regulating qi and removing dampness. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis is formulating prescriptions such as tonic deficiency,diuresis and dampness,resolving phlegm and relieving cough.更多还原
