【摘要】 目的 观察健脾益气方对COPD稳定期肺脾气虚型患者的临床疗效并作出客观评价。方法 选取2021年3月—2021年8月于寿光市人民医院东城医院门诊就诊的符合诊断及入组标准的COPD稳定期肺脾气虚型患者，随机分为试验组20例和对照组20例。试验组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入+健脾益气方口服，早晚各1次；对照组给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入，早晚各1次，疗程均为1个月。分别记录入组时及治疗后，2组各项临床数据，记录指标包括患者慢阻肺患者自我评估测试、肺功能测定、圣乔治呼吸问卷等。结果 健脾益气方能部分改善患者肺通气功能，试验组FEV1、对照组FVC、试验组FVC差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），能明显改善2组患者生活质量、CAT评分、SGRQ评分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 健脾益气方能有效改善稳定期肺脾气虚型患者肺功能，提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect on strengthening spleen and invigorating qi method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with qi deficiency of lung and spleen type in stable period.Methods In our study, the COPD patients, treated in Shuguang hospital from March 2021 to August 2021, were divided into the control group(n= 20) and the treatment group(n= 20) according to patient.s wishes. Patients in the control group were administrated with inhaling salmeterol-fluticasone, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine under the theory of the strengthening spleen and invigorating qi method and inhaling salmeterol-fluticasone. The treatment course lasted for 1 month. The clinical data of the two groups were recorded at the time of enrollment and after treatment, including self-assessment test of COPD patients, pulmonary function measurement, St. George.s respiratory questionnaire, etc.Results The strengthening spleen and invigorating qi method could partially improve the pulmonary ventilation function of patients, FEV1 of experimental group, FVC of control group and FVC of experimental group were significantly different(P< 0. 05), and it could significantly improve the quality of life of patients in 2 groups, CAT score and SGRQ score, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0. 05).Conclusion The strengthening spleen and invigorating qi method can effectively improve lung function and life quality of patients with stable lung qi deficiency.更多还原
