【摘要】 目的 评价加味过敏煎干预肺阴虚型喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法 将64例肺阴虚型喉源性咳嗽患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组口服复方甲氧那明胶囊，观察组同时给予加味过敏煎。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组，咳嗽症状积分较对照组降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组莱塞斯特咳嗽量表生理、心理、社会评分及总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 加味过敏煎治疗肺阴虚型喉源性咳嗽疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of modified Guominjian on laryngeal cough of deficiency of lung-yin type.Methods Sixty-four patients with laryngeal cough of lung-yin deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with oral compound methoxyphenamine capsules, and the observation group was also given oral modified Guominjian. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). The scores of cough symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0. 05). The physiological,psychological, social and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0. 05).Conclusion The effect of modified Guominjian in treating laryngogenic cough of deficiency of lung-yin type is satisfactory.更多还原
