【摘要】 目的 观察冷露凉消散外敷治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折术前肿胀疼痛的疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年6月在长沙市中医医院骨伤一科住院且符合SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折诊断的患者60例，按入院顺序编号，采用随机数字表法分为试验组30例和对照组30例。对照组予以甘露醇注射液静滴，制动并抬高患肢，试验组在对照组基础上予以冷露凉消散外敷。分别观察2组患者VAS疼痛评分、患侧与健侧踝-跟-踝差值及皮肤褶皱试验阳性出现时间。结果 试验组患者在治疗3 d、治疗5 d及治疗7 d后VAS评分与踝-跟-踝周径差均显著小于对照组，患肢皮肤皱纹征出现时间明显短于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 冷露凉消散外敷治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折肿痛疗效明显，且可以缩短消肿时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of external application of Lenglu Liangxiao powder in the treatment of preoperative swelling and pain of SandersⅡ ～ Ⅳ calcaneal fractures.Methods A collection of 60 patients who were hospitalized in department of orthopedics and traumatology of Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 and met the diagnosis of Sanders Ⅱ ～ Ⅳcalcaneal fractures were collected, numbered according to the order of admission, and were divided into experimental group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases by using a random number table. The control group was given mannitol injection intravenously to immobilize and elevate the affected limb. The experimental group was given external application of Lenglu Liangxiao powder on the basis of the control group.The VAS pain scores, the difference between the affected side and the contralateral ankle-heel-ankle, and the positive appearance time of the skin fold test were observed.Results The difference between the VAS score and the ankle-heel-ankle circumference of the patients in the test group after 3 days of treatment, 5 days of treatment, and 7 days of treatment was significantly smaller than that of the control group. The appearance time of skin wrinkles on the affected limb was significantly shorter than that of the control group.
