【摘要】 目的 探讨基于中和医派痰瘀互结型颈动脉粥样硬化（AS）患者治疗期间，采用瓜蒌薤白半夏中和汤联合血脂康胶囊干预的临床效果。方法 选取黑龙江省胜利农场医院接诊的痰瘀互结型AS患者64例，随机分为对照组与观察组。2组分别给予常规他汀类用药方案与瓜蒌薤白半夏中和汤联合血脂康干预方案，对比治疗3个月后，患者血脂指标、斑块面积、中医证候积分变化以及临床效果。结果 治疗3个月后，观察组血脂指标、斑块面积、中医证候积分均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率更高（P<0.05）。结论 瓜蒌薤白半夏中和汤联合血脂康针对痰瘀互结型AS疗效确切，且可较好地改善临床症状和缩小斑块。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Zhonghe decoction combined with Xuezhikang in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis(AS) of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type under the guidance of Zhonghe medical school.Methods 64patients with AS of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type in Shengli Farm Hospital were divided into control group and observation group.The two groups were given routine statin regimen and Gualou Xiebai Banxia Zhonghe decoction combined with Xuezhikang intervention regimen, respectively. After 3 months of treatment, the changes of blood lipid indexes, plaque area, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and clinical effect were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment, the blood lipid index, plaque area and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P< 0. 05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher(P< 0. 05).Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia Zhonghe decoction combined with Xuezhikang is effective in treating AS of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type, and can better regulate plaque and clinical symptoms.更多还原
