【摘要】 目的 观察调胃承气汤联合雷火灸治疗急性胃肠损伤的临床疗效。方法 将65例急性胃肠损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组32例，对照组33例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合调胃承气汤和雷火灸治疗。观察并比较2组治疗前后腹内压、中医证候、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率(87.5%)显著高于对照组(75.8%)(P=0.024)。2组治疗第7天腹内压均较同组治疗前明显降低(P <0.05)，且观察组腹内压降低优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组生存率(97.56%)高于对照组(92.68%)，差异无统计学意义。2组不良事件发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义(P=0.482)。结论 调胃承气汤联合雷火灸治疗能明显改善急性胃肠损伤患者腹内压，总有效率高，不良反应发生率低，简便且安全性高，优于西药常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaowei Chengqi decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal injury. Methods 65 patients with acute gastrointestinal injury were randomly divided into observation group(32cases) and control group(33 cases). The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tiaowei Chengqi decoction and thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The intra-abdominal pressure,clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) syndrome and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(87. 5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 75. 8%)(P = 0. 024). The intra-abdominal pressure of the two groups on the 7th day of treatment was significantly lower than that of the same group before treatment(P < 0. 05),and the intra-abdominal pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The survival rate of the observation group(97. 56%) was higher than that of the control group(92. 68%),but there was no statistical difference.
