【摘要】 目的 设计开发护士长积分管理信息平台并评价其应用效果，为护士长积分管理信息化提供依据。方法 构建护士长积分管理信息平台，通过比较平台应用前后护士长领导力、信息录入缺陷率、及时率、应用信息系统的护士长和护理管理人员的满意度来评价应用效果。结果 应用护士长积分管理平台后，护士长领导能力得分得到持续提升、信息录入缺陷率由4.33%降至0.33%、信息录入及时率由13.33%提升至98.33%(P<0.05),护理管理人员及护士长满意度均有提高。结论 护士长积分管理平台能够优化管理流程，提升护理管理效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To design and develop the point management information platform for head nurses and evaluate its application effect, so as to provide a basis for the informationalized point management.Method:The point management information platform of the head nurse was constructed, and the application effect was evaluated by comparing the head nurse leadership, information entry defect rate, timely rate of entry, and the satisfaction with the head nurses and the nursing managers who applied the information system before and after the platform application.Result:After the head nurse point management platform was applied, the head nurse’s leadership score was continuously improved, the defect rate of information entry decreased from 4.33% to 0.33%,and the timely rate of information entry increased from 13.33% to 98.33%(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing managers and the satisfaction of head nurses increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The head nurse point management platform can optimize the management process and improve the efficiency of nursing management.更多还原
