泛素特异性蛋白酶在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

【摘要】 泛素特异性蛋白酶(ubiquitin specific proteases, USPs)是一类通过切割泛素前体、对底物蛋白去泛素化,从而调节细胞内诸多生理和病理过程的重要酶类家族。研究结果显示,USPs在癌症发展中起到重要作用,本文综述了近年来USPs在消化系统肿瘤中的研究成果,包括食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌等,深入探讨USPs在消化系统肿瘤中的作用机制,论述其对癌细胞内下游底物蛋白、相关信号通路的调控作用,阐明其作为肿瘤治疗靶点的潜力。

【Abstract】 Ubiquitin specific proteases(USPs)are a family of important enzymes that regulate many physiological and pathological activities in cells by the deubiquitination of substrate proteins through cleavage of Ubiquitin precursors. Studies have shown that USPs play an important role in cancer development. The authors in the paper summarize the research achievements of USPs in the digestive system tumor in recent years, including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer, etc., for furtherly exploring USPs mechanism in digestive system tumors. Furthermore, the paper discusses its regulation of downstream protein-related signaling pathways in cancer cells and elucidates its potential as a tumor therapeutic target.
