微波辅助提取紫花苜蓿总黄酮工艺的优化

【摘要】 以龙牧801苜蓿干粉为材料,采用微波辅助提取法,对影响苜蓿总黄酮提取量的4个因素进行单因素实验和正交实验,比较各因素对苜蓿总黄酮提取量的影响,探索微波辅助条件下提取苜蓿总黄酮的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,微波辅助提取法中,不同物料比、乙醇体积分数、微波功率、微波提取时间对苜蓿总黄酮提取量产生不同影响.最佳提取工艺条件为:物料比1∶30,乙醇体积分数60%,微波功率450 W,微波提取时间40 s.在该提取条件下,苜蓿总黄酮提取量为2.179 mg/g.研究可为紫花苜蓿的药用研发和资源利用提供理论依据.

【Abstract】 With the dry powder of Longmu 801 alfalfa used as the material,four impact factors on the yield of total flavonoids were subject to single-factor test and orthogonal test using the microwave assisted extraction,the extent of impact of each factor on the yield of total flavonoids was compared,and the optimum technological conditions of microwave assisted extraction of total flavonoids from alfalfa were identified.The results showed that in the scenario of microwave assisted extraction,different material ratio,ethanol volume fraction,microwave power and microwave extraction time had different extents of impact on the yield of total flavonoids from alfalfa.The optimum conditions of microwave assisted extraction of total flavonoids from alfalfa were identified as material ratio1 of 1∶30,ethanol volume fraction of 60%,microwave power of 450 W,and microwave extraction time of 40 s.Under the aforementioned extraction conditions,the yield of total flavonoids from alfalfa was 2.179 mg/g.The study expected to provide a theoretical basis for the medicinal research and development and resource utilization of alfalfa.
