【Abstract】 Biotechnology comprehensive experiment is one of the core courses of biotechnology major.In order to enhance the students′ ability of the actual operation and innovation in the process of experiment,cultivate high-quality professional talents to meet the social needs,the curriculum system has been reformed by updating experimental teaching contents,enriching teaching methods, improving assessment methods,combining teaching with practice,and increasing after-school feedback links.The results improved the experiment skills of students,and stimulated students′ enthusiasm for scientific research and laid a solid foundation for future scientific research or related professional work for them.更多还原
