燃煤机组非计划停运事件的相关性分析
Analysis of Related Factors of Unplanned Outage Events of Coal-Fired Units
【摘要】 发电机组的非计划停运对于电厂的经济效益影响很大,防止机组出现非计划停运是电厂日常运行管理及维护工作的一个重要方面。为寻找影响机组发生非计划停运事件的相关因素,为发电设备可靠性管理提供技术参考,对我国现役100 MW及以上容量燃煤火电机组的非计划停运事件进行了统计与分析。结果显示:燃煤机组的非计划停运事件受锅炉高温受热面影响较大,同时裂纹与磨损是影响机组可靠性的两大主要技术原因。此外,燃煤机组的非计划停运事件与机组的服役年限、机组容量、运行时间、检修时间以及检修次数均有一定的相关性,因此电厂需从运维管理、检修管理以及人员管理等多方面加大投入,以提高机组的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The unplanned outage of coal-fired units has a great impact on the economic benefits of the power plant. Preventing the unplanned outage of coal-fired units is an important aspect of the daily operation, management and maintenance of the power plant. In order to find the relevant factors that affect the occurrence of unplanned outages of units and provide technical reference for the reliability management of power generation equipment, statistics and analysis on the unplanned outages of coal-fired power plants with a capacity of 100 MW and above in China were carried out. The results show that the unplanned outage of coal-fired units is greatly affected by the high-temperature heating surface of the boiler, and cracks and wear are the two main technical reasons that affect the reliability of the unit. In addition, the unplanned outage of coal-fired units has a certain correlation with the service life of the unit, unit capacity, operating time, overhaul time and overhaul times. Therefore, in the daily management and maintenance of the power plant, it is necessary to increase investment in many aspects such as operation and maintenance management, overhaul management, and personnel management to improve the reliability of the unit.
