【Abstract】 This article summarizes the remarkable progress of relevant policies and legislation on occupational health protection for health workers in the last decade. In terms of policy progress, occupational health standards, national documents for health system reform, and series policies on the protection of essential rights and interests for health workers have been issued by central government. In regard of legislative progress, occupational health protection for health workers has been strengthened by laws, including the Law on Mental Health, the Civil Code, the Law on Basic Healthcare and Health Promotion and the Law on Physician. It is an arduous task and the road is long for occupational health protection for health workers in China in the future.更多还原
