【摘要】 目的 ：构建乳腺肿瘤外科护士在手术决策辅助中的核心能力评价指标。方法 ：基于文献检索、理论分析、质性访谈初步拟定核心能力评价指标，2021年9月—10月采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行2轮咨询，并计算各级指标权重。结果 ：最终形成乳腺肿瘤外科护士手术决策辅助核心能力评价指标，一级指标6项，二级指标14项，三级指标46项。2轮专家咨询的有效应答率均为100.0%，专家权威系数均为0.897，第1、2轮咨询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.112、0.125，均具有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论 ：本研究构建的核心能力评价指标科学全面、有临床意义，可为护士的规范化培训、标准化工作流程的制订提供参考依据，也为在各医院推广、开展共享决策提供了可借鉴的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the core competence evaluation index of breast cancer surgical nurses in surgical decision aids. Methods: Based on literature review, theoretical analysis and qualitative interviews, the core competence indicators were initially formulated. Totally 18 experts were consulted for two rounds using Delphi methods, and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined. Results: The evaluation indexes of the core competence of breast cancer surgical nurses in surgical decision aids were formed, including 6 first-level indexes, 14 second-level indexes, and 46 thirdlevel indexes. The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert consultations were both 100.0%, and the expert authority coefficients were both 0.897. The Kendall coordination coefficients of the first and second round were 0.112 and 0.125 respectively, which were all significantly different(P<0.001). Conclusion: The core competence evaluation index of breast cancer surgical nurses in surgical decision aids is scientific, comprehensive and clinical meaningful, which can provide references for the standardized training of nurses and the formulation of standardized workflows, and can also promote the development of Shared Decision Making in various hospitals.更多还原
