【摘要】 目的 ：评价重症监护室预防谵妄的护理干预方案（UNDERPIN-ICU）在心脏外科术后患者中的应用效果。方法 ：采用便利抽样法，选择广州市某三级甲等医院2020年4月1日至6月30日行心脏外科手术的患者117例设为对照组，采取常规预防谵妄的护理措施；选择2020年9月1日至11月30日行心脏外科手术的患者120例设为实验组，采取UNDERPIN-ICU，包括视、听觉细节干预，睡眠改善措施，康复师和护士共同参与的活动训练，认知干预。比较两组患者谵妄的发生率、机械通气时间、ICU停留时间和住院时间的差异。结果 ：实验组谵妄发生率低于对照组，机械通气时间和ICU停留时间均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者住院时间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 ：UNDERPIN-ICU可用于心脏外科术后患者谵妄的预防管理，有利于降低患者谵妄的发生率，缩短机械通气时间和ICU停留时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of Nursing Delirium Preventive Interventions in ICU(UNDERPIN-ICU on delirium management in patients after cardiac surgery. Methods: A historical control study was used and 237 patients were selected in CSICU of a tertiary grade A hospital as study participants. The control group(117 cases) received routine nursing measures to prevent delirium, and the intervention group(120 cases) received the UNDERPIN-ICU. The incidence of delirium, duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU stay and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of delirium, the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: UNDERPIN-ICU can be used for the prevention and management of delirium in patients after cardiac surgery,which is helpful to reduce the incidence of delirium, shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay.更多还原
