【摘要】 近年来，许昌假发产业借助于跨境电商取得了飞速发展。然而，许昌假发跨境电商在物流、原材料、人才等方面仍然存在诸多问题，制约着许昌假发产业转型升级。文章首先分析了许昌假发跨境电商的发展现状，指出其存在的一些问题，进而提出许昌假发跨境电商应该从政府政策扶持、行业成本控制与专业人才引进三方面入手，改进许昌假发跨境电商发展中存在的不足，保障许昌假发跨境电商产业健康、有序、快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the wig industry in Xuchang has achieved rapid development with the help of cross-border e-commerce. However, Xuchang wig cross-border e-commerce still has many problems in logistics, raw materials, talents, which restrict the transformation and upgrading of Xuchang wig industry. Therefore, this paper analyzes the development status of cross-border e-commerce of Xuchang wig industry first. Then, the problems of which still exist in the cross-border e-commerce industry of Xuchang wig industry are pointed out. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed, such as government policy supporting, industry cost control and professional talent introduction, in order to improve the cross-border e-commerce industry of Xuchang wig industry which ensure the healthy, orderly and rapid development of Xuchang wig cross-border e-commerce industry.更多还原
