【摘要】 为了解高校图书馆人才队伍建设的发展特点，谋划未来图书馆的智慧发展，文章通过分析1981年—2021年40年有关高校图书馆人才队伍建设的研究成果，梳理图书馆队伍建设的发展脉络。研究发现：智能图书馆时代高校图书馆人才队伍整体呈现出高学历、知识结构合理、馆员数量减少、老龄化严重的特点。高校图书馆应该多措并举，建设高素质复合型人才队伍，更好发挥高校图书馆文化育人和服务科研的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to learn the development characteristics of talent team construction of university libraries and plan the intelligent development of libraries in the future, this paper analyzes research papers on university libraries talents team construction in past 40 years, and sorts out the development processes of relative team construction. It is found that the talents team of university libraries exhibits the characteristics of high academic qualification, reasonable knowledge structure, reduced number of librarians and serious aging in the intelligent library era. To give better play to the role in cultural education and serving scientific research, university libraries should take multiple measures to build a team of high-quality compound talents.更多还原
