基于电子光栅遮光效应的织物编织密度检测方法
FABRIC WEAVE DENSITY DETECTION METHOD BASED ON VIRTUAL GRATING SHADING EFFECT
【摘要】 对光栅遮光效应产生莫尔图案的机理进行了分析,提出了变常数电子光栅的概念,阐述了变常数电子光栅的生成方法,并提出利用图像灰度投影算法、线性拟合及最大偏离值处理等算法准确定位投影曲线的特征峰位置,推导了斜纹织物经纬密度的计算公式;设计并搭建了基于变常数电子光栅的织物经纬密度在线检测系统。采用32种不同颜色、不同编织结构的平纹和斜纹织物进行了经纬密度检测。实验数据表明,对于平纹和斜纹织物的检测准确度均高于99.0%。本文所提出的方法突破了实际物理光栅的限制,避免了复杂耗时的图像处理算法,具有装置结构简单、检测算法高效及适用性强等优点,为织物经纬密度在线检测提供了一种创新的检测方法。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the shortcomings of time-consuming and inefficient manual detection methods of fabric density, a fast and efficient automatic detection method of fabric density based on the virtual grating shading effect is proposed. The mechanism of Moiré pattern generated by grating shading effect is analyzed, the concept of variable constant virtual grating is proposed, the method of generating variable constant virtual grating is explained, and algorithms such as image grey scale projection algorithm, linear fitting and maximum deviation value processing are proposed to accurately locate the characteristic peak position of the projection curve, and the formula for calculating the warp and weft density of twill fabric is derived. Thirty-two different colors and weave structures of plain and twill fabrics were used for warp and weft density testing. The experimental data shows that the detection accuracy is higher than 99.0% for both plain and twill fabrics. The proposed method breaks through the limitations of the actual physical grating, avoids complex and time-consuming image processing algorithms, and has the advantages of simple device structure, efficient detection algorithms and high applicability.
