【Abstract】 The influences of Global COVID 19, international situations, climate change and other disasters upon carbon fiber industries at home and abroad are illustrated briefly, which however promoted the rapid development of the carbon fiber indusrty in China and turned losses into profits thank to China’s effective response measures.
