超声在诊治胎盘植入中的应用现状与进展

【摘要】 胎盘植入性疾病(PAS)是指胎盘组织不同程度侵入子宫肌层的一组疾病。近年来,随着我国生育政策的放开、高龄产妇、剖宫产率的增加导致胎盘植入的发生率逐年增加,而影像学技术的进步使胎盘植入的诊出率不断提高。常规超声作为产前胎盘植入的首选检查方法,有一定的局限性,超声检查新技术可利用其自身优势,与常规超声相结合,提高PAS诊断准确率,利于临床治疗方案的选择、患者预后的改善。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)利用超声波的热效应,利用其无创、实时、高效、患者痛苦小、治疗后恢复快等优点用于产后胎盘植入的治疗,并表现出了巨大的应用潜力。本文就超声检查新技术诊治PAS的研究进展进行综述。

【Abstract】 Placenta accreta spectrum disorders(PAS) refers to a group of diseases in which the placental tissue invades the myometrium to varying degrees. In recent years, with the liberalization of our country’s fertility policy, the increase in the rate of elderly parturients women and cesarean section, the incidence of placenta accreta has increased year by year, and the advancement of imaging technology has continuously increased the diagnosis rate of placental accreta. Conventional ultrasound, as the first choice for prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta, has certain limitations. The new ultrasound technology can take advantage of its own and combine with conventional ultrasound to improve the accuracy of PAS diagnosis, which is conducive to the choice of clinical treatment plans and improve patients prognosis. High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) utilizes the thermal effect of ultrasound, uses its advantages such as non-invasive, real-time, high-efficiency, less patient pain, and quick recovery after treatment for the treatment of postpartum placenta aacreta, and has shown great application potential. This article reviews the research progress of the new technology of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of PAS.
