【摘要】 目的:对原发性急性闭角型青光眼(AACG)和年龄相关性白内障(ARC)患者房水中IL-8及IL-12p70浓度进行检测，并探讨其临床意义。方法:选取2019-10/2020-12于我院治疗的原发性AACG急性发作期患者29例29眼作为研究组，同期于我院行手术治疗的ARC患者17例17眼作为对照组，通过流式液相蛋白定量技术检测患者房水中IL-8及IL-12p70水平，同时收集患者的一般资料进行相关性分析。结果:与ARC患者相比，AACG患者房水中IL-8浓度显著升高(Z=-5.384,P<0.05),但两组患者房水中IL-12p70水平无差异(Z=-1.587,P=0.112)。AACG患者房水中IL-8水平与急性发作持续时间呈正相关(r_s=0.387,P=0.038),其中滤过性手术患者房水中细胞因子IL-8、IL-12p70浓度均显著高于非滤过性手术患者(P<0.05)。结论:AACG患者房水中炎症相关因子IL-8浓度明显升高，免疫相关因子IL-12p70浓度随着疾病的进展出现差异性表达增加，提示炎症和免疫可能参与AACG的病理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To measure the levels of IL-8 and IL-12 p70 in the aqueous humor of patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG) and age-related cataract(ARC), and to investigate the clinical significance.METHODS:Totally 29 eyes of 29 AACG patients, and 17 eyes of 17 ARC patients were enrolled in the study from October 2019 to December 2020. The levels of IL-8 and IL-12 p70 were measured in the aqueous humor using Cytometric Beads Array. The clinical information was recorded in the same time for the correlation.RESULTS:The level of IL-8 in AACG group was statistically elevated compared with the control group(Z=-5.384, P<0.05). However the IL-12 p70 level did not differ in AACG group compared with ARC group(Z=-1.587, P=0.112). The IL-8 level was positively correlated with the duration of acute attack(r_s=0.387, P=0.038). The concentrations of IL-8 and IL-12 p70 in the filtration surgery group were significantly increased than that of the non-filtration surgery group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The level of the inflammatory factor IL-8 in the aqueous humor of patients with AACG was significantly elevated. With the progression of the disease, the concentration of the immune-related factor IL-12 p70 increased differentially. Both inflammation and immunity may play an important role in the pathogenesis of AACG.更多还原
