【摘要】 学科治理是“双一流”政策价值目标达成的有效工具和策略选择。通过对近百所“双一流”高校校级领导的调研发现，首轮“双一流”建设中学科治理成效卓著，无论在宏观层面、中观层面还是微观层面都有明确的显示度。同时，政府、高校和基层学科组织作为学科治理的核心主体，在一流学科建设过程中也存在一定的问题亟待关注。通过对问题聚焦和归因分析，以“价值-制度-行动”三维一体作为有效学科治理的运行范式，据此有针对性地提出破解问题的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discipline governance is an effective tool and strategy choice to achieve the “Double Firstclass” policy value goal. Through the investigation of the university-level leaders of nearly 100 “Double First-class” universities, it is found that the discipline governance in the first round of “Double First-class” construction has achieved remarkable results, which can be clearly shown at the macro, meso and micro levels. At the same time, as the core subject of discipline governance, the government, universities and grassroots discipline organizations also have some problems to be paid attention to in the construction of first-class disciplines. Based on the problem focus and attribution analysis, the paper takes “value-institution-action” as the operation paradigm of effective discipline governance, and puts forward some policy suggestions to solve the problem.更多还原
