行业需求导向下工匠精神融入课程的教学改革——以电气与机械安全课程为例

【摘要】 课程思政建设是高校落实立德树人任务的重要举措,在行业需求导向下将工匠精神融入课程思政建设,既符合高等院校弘扬工匠精神和培养行业领域内具备工匠精神人才的新时代使命,又能够顺应新时代行业需求与发展。该文以电气与机械安全工程课程为例,分析课程设置特点和行业需求,梳理工匠精神核心要素及其子要素,探讨将工匠精神融入课程思政建设的方法,并对教学方式和评判机制进行改进。

【Abstract】 The ideological and political construction of courses is an important measure for colleges to implement the task of cultivating people by virtue. Under the industry demand orientation, craftsman spirit is integrated into the ideological and political construction of courses, which is not only in line with the new era of colleges to promote the craftsman spirit and cultivate talents with the craftsman spirit in the industry, but also can adapt to the needs and development of the industry in the new era. The course of electrical and mechanical safety engineering taken as an example in this paper, the curriculum settings and industry needs were analyzed, and the core elements and sub-elements of the craftsman spirit were sorted out.Furthermore, the method of integrating the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political construction of the course was proposed. Finally, the teaching method and evaluation mechanism were improved.
